Hoya carnosa (on ring)
The Hoya carnosa (wax plant) is a wonderful, fast growing addition to any plant collection. This unfussy plant just needs some bright indirect light to reward you with stunning flowers. Here we have grown a mature Hoya on a metal ring to create an elegant display plant or live centre piece - it is sure to delight however you use it.

Plant care
This plant needs the following:
Light
Bright to indirect bright light. Limit bright light to 2-6 hours a day. Can tolerate lower light but may not bloom.
Water
Water when the top 2-3cm of soil are dry to the touch.
Placement
A space set a metre or so from the window or out on a patio where it can be in part shade during some of the day.

Top tip
Hoyas like to be pot bound so don't repot too often. They may stop blooming if repotted too often.
