One of the unsung heroes of the houseplant in our opinion, the Syngonium 'candy' brings those stunning pink hues, creating a chic point of interest. The Syngonium is a perfect beginner plant because it grows quickly, which means you have time to change your care if something is wrong without it being the end of the world. Syngoimums love bright indirect light but will tolerate lower light (although those fabulous colours won't be as pronounced).

Water
Water when the top 3-4cm of soil are dry to the touch and drain away any excess water.
Placement
As a larger plant this would be great in a window with a wide view of the sky or even a bright bedroom or bathroom.
